The hotel and the room are clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. One thing was a downer - the air conditioner in the room did not work. I don't know what it was connected with, maybe it was the autumn period. But it was missing 😢

It is very close to the Bergamo station, a 5-minute straight walk from the station. The amenities are simple (body soap & shampoo and a cotton bud). The room we booked was 16m2, but we felt more spacious. The staff were very kind, and the stay was pleasant.

We arrived early in the morning and booked 5 rooms. The front desk gave us one room to rest in first, and we had to wait until 2pm to check in the rest of the rooms. There was no mineral water in the room, but it was ok overall. There are many small restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and it is not far from the airport.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the train station, bus stop to the airport, old town. The room is big. But in the hotel, everything feels smoky. The breakfast room is very small. There weren't enough tables. The waitress was in no hurry to remove them. As a result, all the tables were littered with dirty dishes, the food ran out, and no one was in a hurry to bring new ones. There was a 10 minute queue at the coffee machine.
